One community post is the highest-leverage action right now. The funnel works (payments verified); we need real distribution.

Download launch bundle — one zip with demo MP4/GIF, captions, tracked links, and a 2-minute Reddit checklist.

  1. Reddit first — download the launch bundle (or scroll to Reddit video post), upload the MP4 as a video post on r/solana, paste the caption, then click Post.
  2. Or Show HN — same flow: compose opens, you must click Submit.
  3. Check back in 24h — the campaign dashboard below should show a spike in your channel ref (e.g. reddit-solana) and hopefully paid rolls.

Compose clicks are not posts. Link clicks from preview/compose windows inflate ref counts without reaching anyone. Only a published post counts. Challenge and dice pages land demo-first (free roll before pay) for all cold traffic — organic, shared, and tracked links. Only ?ref=challenge stays pay-first.

Launch readiness

Payments verified working (2026-06-05) — wallet pay and Solana Pay use same-origin /rpc; Playwright regression passes. Earlier today a browser RPC bug blocked all pay flows; that is fixed. Organic traffic is arriving but 0 external paid rolls yet — one community post is the highest-leverage next step.

Reddit — wallet beginner angle

Second post idea if the dice video already went up: lead with the free wallet tutorial path (Phantom setup through first micropayment). Good for r/solana newcomers or a comment on “how do I get started” threads.

After you post

  1. Confirm Submit — compose windows alone do not publish; click Submit / Post on Reddit, HN, X, or Bluesky.
  2. Check this page — campaign dashboard above refreshes every ~15 min; look for a spike in your channel's ref (e.g. reddit-solana) within 24–48h.
  3. Watch paid rolls — treasury "paid rolls" should increase when real users pay; 0 rolls after a spike means traffic arrived but pay UX failed (alert the operator).
